A client needs for its GSM Network Planning and Optimization Project in Malawi:
-RF site survey engineers
-Line of Site survey engineers and
-Drive test engineers
> Number of Survey team: 3 X RF, 3 X LOS Survey teams for 36 sites survey for an operator in Malawi (~20 new sites ~16sites) on the 2G network
Also,
> Number of DT team: 3 x DT team
> Start Date: 1st September
> Duration: 1 month (Extendable up to 2 months, depends on project
> requirement)
> Scope: 2G Drive testing, interworking with the 3G network is required
(Cell Selection / Re-selection testing to 3G required)
Area: Majority of sites in Lilongwe, the other sites will be scattered between Blantyre and Nkhata Bay Drive test kit specs Either Nemo Outdoor or TEMS
Qualifications
University Graduate in Electrical/communications, Computer science, Physics and any other related field with good grades.
Experience
1 or 2 years of 2G/3G survey and reporting, drive test, post-processing, analysis and reporting.
Use of compass, GPS for RF/LOS survey, Ericsson TEMS investigation for data collection and RA for post-processing and reporting.
Nationals
Only citizens and residents of Malawi would be considered
